Some folks call this area the Beverly Hills of Albuquerque! This unique space makes the land of enchantment more enchanting with origianl artwork, amazing international décor and romatic,relaxing gardens. The Casa  has beautiful views of the moutain and the valley.  The private grounds have four large gardens, with high twelve foot walls for privacy, hot tub and viewing deck  The Casa  is a relaxing oasis with calming fountains, numerous hammoucks,  flowers, , day beds to lay in and read, intimate seating areas and an out door kitchen to grill and BBQ. All guests have priveleges in both the in door and out door kitchen which are fully stocked with glassware, beautiful dishes, silverware, pots pans.,cloth napkins. In the kitchen there are  are two ovens, a microwave and dishwasher. All three rooms have refrigerators and mini microwaves.   Guests also have use of the.laundry safe off street parking . There are three private guests rooms with baths.  All rooms have linens and towels provided. There are two great rooms a large standard pool table , lovely TV viewing area and DVD and video library for all ages.

At the Casa you with be the personal guest of Dr. Suzanne Lopez nationally acclaimed author and TV life style expert. Dr. Lopez lives on the property with a dandor free miniture cacpoo. He is very friendly and can be removed from the porperty if guests have a fear of animals. She is the consumate host for long term corperate government ,vacation , per diem renters and movie and TV  support persoanll who are tired of staying in motel’s.and would like to have coffee in a lovely kitchen in their robe, rather than in their room . How nice it is to not get dressed to have to have breakfast !!! In the winter there is usually a fire in the kitchen fireplace. Dr. Lopez loves to share the secrets and magical places that  Albuquerque has to offer and wants all her guests to  have a memorable time in the land of enchantment

Food is not served at the Casa. The Casa is not a bed and breakfast but a unique temporary house share., At the Casa, you are close to Whole Foods, Smiths, Wal Mart and Trader Joes  amd great dining  Just  minutes from the Casa you can find great Sushi, steaks, Indian ,  South west Mexican, BBQ,  and fine dining. You are also close to public golf and tennis as well as country club golf., the tram, Sandia Casino and Highway 25 that will take you to santa Fe in 4o minutes.
